BOXING
Our BOXING classes are quickly becoming one of our top classes. They help teach you the right boxing technique with an anaerobic and callisthenics twist - incorporating heavy bags and pads.
This class is for all levels of boxers, from beginners to semi-professionals, ideal if you want to shape up or re-shape your body and will help you build your fitness while having fun and relieving stress.
Note: You need to bring your boxing gloves for this class. Sharing gloves is strictly prohibited.
