Terms and Conditions for the January Promotion for 2025.
Promotion Period
The January Promotion is valid from the 6th of January 2025 to the 31st of January 2025.
Eligibility
This offer is available exclusively to new members.
Offer Details
New members can enjoy 50% off the first month of their chosen membership by using the code START50 at checkout.
This promotion applies to the following memberships: ESSENTIAL, ELEVATED (all tiers), and EXCLUSIVE.
After the first month, the membership will renew at the standard rate.
Contract Terms
This promotion requires a minimum 3-month fixed-term contract.
After the initial 3 months, the membership becomes flexible and can be cancelled with a 30-day notice period.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, please email support@nxtphasefitness.com at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date.
Should you wish to cancel during the fixed 3-month term, all remaining monthly charges for the 3-month contract will be applied.
THE 6-WEEK NXT LEVEL CHALLENGE

General Information
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern your participation in the 6-Week NXT Level Challenge ("the Challenge") organiSed by NXT PHASE. By signing up for the Challenge, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.
1. Eligibility
The Challenge is open to all NXT PHASE members and non-members aged 18 and over.
Participants must register by midnight on the 19th of January 2025.
2. Registration & Participation
To participate, register through the designated link provided on NXT PHASE’s website or social media channels.
Registration must be completed by the deadline stated above.
Participants are required to submit one specific, actionable goal on the 20th of January 2025.
Goals must be fitness-related.
Participants must complete weekly check-ins via the Challenge tab on the NXT PHASE website.
Weekly updates should include actions taken to achieve the goal, as well as any progress or obstacles encountered.
3. Challenge Duration
The Challenge begins on the 20th of January 2025 and ends on the 2nd of March 2025.
All submissions must be made within this period to qualify for the prize.
4. Prize Details
The winner of the Challenge will receive a 6-week personalised fitness program and three personal training (PT) sessions.
The prize must be redeemed within three months of the winner announcement.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
NXT PHASE reserves the right to substitute the prize with a comparable alternative if necessary.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen based on their commitment to the Challenge and overall progress toward their goal.
NXT PHASE’s panel of coaches will assess participants’ weekly updates to determine the winner.
The winner will be announced by the 9th of March 2025.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Challenge.
Any participant with a pre-existing medical condition should consult a healthcare professional before starting the Challenge.
7. Use of Personal Information
By registering for the Challenge, participants agree to the use of their personal data for the administration of the Challenge and for marketing purposes related to NXT PHASE.
NXT PHASE will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
NXT PHASE is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in the Challenge.
Participants acknowledge that they are engaging in physical activity at their own risk.
9. Disqualification
NXT PHASE reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these T&Cs or engages in misconduct.
10. Amendments
NXT PHASE reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

CLASS INTRO PACK PROMOTION

Class Intro Pack Promotion - 3 classes for £29
New members are eligible to purchase our Class Intro Pack, which offers 3 class credits for £29. A 'new member' is defined as any individual who has not previously made any purchases from NXT PHASE. The Class Intro Pack is available under the 'Passes' section of our booking system/app, bsport. The pack is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase and may be applied to any classes listed in our timetable. All bookings made using the Class Intro Pack are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Please note that the validity period of the Class Intro Pack is not extendable under any circumstances.
Each individual is permitted to purchase only one Class Intro Pack. The use of alternate email addresses to acquire an additional Class Intro Pack is strictly prohibited. In the event of any violation of this policy, our staff reserves the right to suspend any secondary Class Intro Pack obtained in contravention of this rule.​
